The product can be milk and fruit. Principle of operation Hot water is circulating for 30 minutes in the system fordesinfect the equipment. Then the water is cooled to the operating temperature, aseptic water is circulating in the system.The raw material is pumped from the balance tank, thenpush water in the UHT system drained out. The sterilisation of the equipment is started when the aseptic storage tank or packaging machine has been ready. There areraw material preheated inexchange section, heating section, cooling section 3 parts. The product is cooled with tower water and chilled water until it reaches packaging temperature.
